Adaptive Yoga Classes

Yoga Etc will be offering Yoga for the Adaptive student every Tuesday starting Tuesday Dec. 4, 2012. These classes are designed for individuals living with mobility difficulties. Examples of these limited abilities are severe arthritis, muscular dystrophy, multiple sclerosis, head or spinal cord injury, spina bifida, cerebral palsy,and amputation. Participants must be able to follow simple instructions. The ambulatory class is for individuals who are able to walk on their own. Balance issues will be addressed.

Our Yoga Therapists are specially trained to adjust poses depending on the individual student’s needs. We will have sufficient staff available to help with movements and adjustments.

Class schedule: Begins December 4, 2012
Tuesdays 2:00-3:15 all students
including chair bound

4 class pack $39.00
8 class pack $59.00
