Ashtanga yoga uses vinyasas to link movements and postures with powerful breath. A high-energy, flowing class, ashtanga utilizes ujjayi breathting and bandhas to fully connect with the body. Enjoy an orderly practice through the ashtanga primary series, which begins with sun salutations and moves through a standing and seated postures.
When: Every Wednesday (Hips Ashtanga) from 12:30-1:45.
Every Saturday (Ashtanga Fundementals) from 1:00-2:30.
Who: Everyone from beginner to advanced students.
