Yoga CDs

Sue Hopkins has released an instructional CD “Guided Yoga Practice.” This is a 2 CD set with original music by Rick McKee. “Soft Horizons” the music only is also available as a separate CD.

Cost is $25.00 for the 2 CD set.

Yoga DVDs

The first DVD was recorded January 2010. One hour yoga class in a guided format. It can be divided into 2 sections- a 20 minute warm-up or gentle practice or the complete practice in 60 minutes. The cost of the DVD is $18.00

The second DVD is available as of June 1, 2011. It contains two complete classes: back care and yin yoga. The cost is $24.00

Meditation CDs

Sue also had guided meditation CD’s. “Healing through the Immune System”, “Chakra Meditation”, “Body Scan” and “Yoga Nidra”. These CD’s are available for $6.00 each.
