At Etowah Valley Yoga and Yoga, Etc. we strive to offer classes to suit every need. We offer an array of classes suitable for every age, flexibility and experience level. Whether you’re a beginning student looking to develop a practice, or perhaps a long-time yogi looking to expand your horizons, we offer something for you at Etowah Valley Yoga.

Yoga Teacher Training

 

Adaptive - for students with limited abilities – Yoga, Etc. is wheelchair accessible!

Basics - the best place for beginning students.

Better Backs - this gentle class focuses on healthy spine – our “anti-computer” class.

bodyArt - a high-energy class comprised of cardio, strength and fun.

Gentle Yoga - a slow paced class that releases physical and mental tension.

Level One - good for both new and continuing students

Level Two - must have 12 classes of experience

Mindful - a class designed to let go of anxiety and stress.

Prenatal - best suited for students 12 weeks and upward.

Private sessions- for students who need extra guidance due to health issues.

Women’s Health – specific to women’s bodies, including hormonal balance,  PMS and menopause relief and more. Prenatal welcome!

Seniors - traditional yoga for anyone with aches and pains, focuses on the mature body.

Thai Yoga Bodywork- private sessions- assisted yoga posture for therapeutic effect

Qi Gong - similar to Ta Chi, a practice that links movement and breath.

Yin - this class features longer holds, hip openers, and a meditative practice.

We offer classes 7 days a week.
