NEW TO YOGA? Start with any class except level 2!

Chair Assisted Yoga – this is an extra gentle class for students with limited abilities and students concerned with balance

Barre- toning and sculpting all muscles

Better Backs – this gentle class focuses on healthy spine – our “anti-computer” class

Gentle Yoga – a slow paced class that releases physical and mental tension

Hot Yoga – our classroom is equipped with IR heat and the classes are done in a 95 – 105 degree room

Level One – good for both new and continuing students

Level Two – must have 12 classes of experience

Prenatal – best suited for students 12 weeks and upward

Private sessions- for students who need extra guidance due to health issues

Qi Gong & Tai Chi – gentle yet powerful movements foster a union of mind, body, and spirit, promoting vitality, balance, and inner peace

Seniors – traditional yoga for anyone with aches and pains, focuses on the mature body

Thai Yoga Bodywork- private sessions- assisted yoga posture for therapeutic effect

Yin – this class features longer holds, hip openers, and a meditative practice

Yoga Strong– high energy class to build strength in body and mind
