Qi Gong and Tai Chi are a great way to build energy and find balance in the body, mind, and spirit. It serves as great way to increase memory and stamina. This is an intermediate level class. The class is currently learning 24 form Yang Style in Tai Chi and varies sequences in Qi Gong. Join Chandra on Thursday nights at 7:00pm.  Benefits include:
