What is Qi Gong?
Qi Gong uses exercises to optimize energy with the body, mind and spirit, with the goal of improving and maintaining health and wellbeing. Qi Gong are individual movements done for a specific purpose. This can be to increase energy, release unwanted emotions, heal the body, or train in martial application.
What is Tai Chi?
Tai Chi is an internal Chinese martial art practiced for self defense and health. Known for its slow, intentional movements, tai chi has practitioners world wide. It is an excellent form for gentle exercise and moving meditation.
